We are looking for a creative, highly talented Bentley Software Support Analyst to join our growing Client Applications IT team. The chosen candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our internal clients as the Bentley product focused point of contact for all IT issues and needs across the Kleinfelder global offices. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team that supports Kleinfelder’s users locally and remotely.
Additionalresponsibilities in this role include
- Specific focus on supporting Bentley Design applications (multiple versions), including end‑user support for application functions such as Project Wise, Micro Station, Open Roads Designer, etc.
- Application deployment, maintenance, turnover, and version management.
- Analyze and resolve end‑user software and connectivity issues with a genuine sense of urgency.
- Work with Bentley vendor support as needed, including licensing and account interactions.
- Develop automation scripts for maintenance and routine activities.
- Display creativity when faced with complex issues, including suggestions for process improvement where warranted.
- Liaise with managers and facilitate regular teaching/training sessions with customers and with IT peers.
- Provide excellent customer service, using clear communication and interpersonal skills. Commit to exceeding customer expectations.
- Prioritize and organize work effectively in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
- Maintain a positive disposition and outlook as well as a professional image.
- Communicate technical concepts and issues in layman’s terms.
- 5+ years Bentley administrator or support experience.
- 2+ years of help‑desk, PC support, and customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability and desire to communicate with clients effectively and efficiently via telephone, email, instant messaging, or in person.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology or related civil design field.
- Power Shell experience.
- Microsoft SCCM & Intune experience.
- Azure Virtual Desktop experience.
