BI Reports Developer (Standard) with skills BI & Visualization Development, Business Objects, Power BI, BI & Visualization Development, Thought Spot for location Any Infogain Base Location (Noida, Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune)

We are seeking a seasoned BI Developer with deep expertise in Data Analytics and Data Management, especially with Thought Spot and SQL. The ideal candidate will reimagine KPI frameworks, build scalable semantic models, and create high-impact Live boards and Worksheets on top of Snowflake. This role requires strong knowledge and hands‑on experience on different BI platforms, and the ability to transform business requirements into KPIs and semantic models.

• Significant hands‑on experience in Thought Spot, including building Live boards, Worksheets, and using SpotIQ.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with Snowflake or equivalent cloud data warehouses.
• Proven experience designing semantic data models, metadata, and business logic in BI tools.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, data transformation, and data preparation for analytics.
• Experience with data governance, security models, row‑level security, and access control in BI tools.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills: gather business requirements, translate into analytics design, deliver training, and support adoption.
• Problem‑solving mindset: ability to troubleshoot performance, query, and data model issues in Thought Spot.
• Experience in planning and executing migration initiatives, including mapping legacy reports (e.g., Cognos) to modern self‑service artifacts.

• Prior working experience on legacy BI platforms (e.g., Cognos, Business Objects) to self‑service analytics tools.
• Familiarity with other BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) — especially useful during parallel or hybrid BI phases.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, ETL/ELT frameworks to collaborate effectively with data engineering teams.
• Experience in building data products for business users and driving analytics democratization.
• Experience in an agile development environment and familiarity with agile delivery practices.
• Thought Spot certification (if applicable).
