We are Growing and Hiring! We are actively hiring for a Client Implementation Engineer (Back-End) Level 1.

Position Summary:
The Client Implementation Engineer (Back End) - I supports the technical aspects of FINBOA’s client implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance during onboarding. This role involves database configuration, query optimization, and process automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation Support: Configure and support technical back-end requirements for projects, including batch processing, data exporting/importing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and clients to define and implement project-specific configurations.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance standards and manage change control processes for all implementation projects.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate technical specifications, enhancements, and solutions to clients in a clear, approachable manner.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor batch processes, resolve errors promptly, and document software bugs for troubleshooting.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
  • Resource Management: Use project management tools (e.g., Asana) to track tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Cloud Deployment: Deploy and manage FINBOA solutions within Azure environments, ensuring compatibility with marketplace containerization.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (required).
  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles, such as technical support or customer success.
  • 2+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, focusing on back-end support.
  • Strong SQL skills, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
  • Experience with Azure cloud services and implementing Azure-based solutions.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in task prioritization and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and certifications.
  • Experience in banking or fintech, especially familiarity with Reg E Dispute management processes.
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana.

Success Metrics:

  • Deliver reliable, tailored solutions to achieve high client satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain a 95%+ on-time delivery rate for tasks and projects.
  • Optimize batch processing, database performance, and automation workflows, reducing error rates by 20%.
  • Proactively communicate with teams and clients to align on project goals.
  • Use SQL and Azure knowledge to troubleshoot and enhance processes effectively.
