What You’ll Do- Successfully complete a 12‑month learn‑apply program that includes classroom phases and field phases with your field team, enhancing support in a critical customer‑facing function within our dynamic Customer Services & Delivery organization.
- Complete a robust 8‑week orientation program, followed by three 3‑month rotations within our Solution Advisory, Architecture Industry Advisory, and Regional BTS practices; after this, you will move to a designated Market Unit and provide Subject Matter Expert support in a designated track.
- Immerse yourself in multi‑dimensional, experiential learning with a focus on digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, solution/industry knowledge, and strategy/tools/process.
- Receive onboarding in your local market with on‑the‑job training and mentoring by a senior PM professional in the field. You will have the opportunity to work both behind the scenes and directly with customers.
- Qualified candidates must have 2–3 years of functional consulting experience at a consulting firm (Tier one preferred); candidates with more than 3 years cannot be considered.
- Experience with Business Process, Corporate Strategy, or IT Strategy required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in an equivalent field required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (or comparable tools) with an analytical, detail‑oriented mindset and experience managing data‑driven reporting.
- A curious and agile mindset, with a passion for learning and the resilience to adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Strong problem‑solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness that support inclusive teamwork and thoughtful stakeholder engagement.
- A growing foundation in business acumen and emerging technologies—especially artificial intelligence—paired with a results‑oriented approach and the courage to take initiative.

Targeted combined compensation range for this position: $70,900 – $140,200 USD (annualized, base salary + variable incentive).
