Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle MDM Consultant with strong expertise in Master Data Management to support enterprise data governance and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle MDM solutions to ensure high-quality, consistent, and reliable master data across business systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and support Oracle MDM solutions (Customer, Product, Supplier, etc.)
- Design and manage data models, hierarchies, and business rules
- Lead data migration, cleansing, and data quality initiatives
- Integrate Oracle MDM with ERP, CRM, and other downstream systems
- Work closely with business and technical teams to define MDM requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle MDM
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integration
- Experience with Oracle EBS/ERP, OIC, or related Oracle technologies
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
