The Senior Agentic Developer will play a critical role in designing, building, and scaling Syn Max’s agentic AI capabilities across both customer-facing products and internal platforms.

This role focuses on developing intelligent, autonomous systems that help users interact with complex data, internal knowledge, and workflows in more powerful, intuitive ways. These systems will support both external customers and internal teams, enabling them to work more efficiently, make better decisions, and engage more effectively with Syn Max’s products and knowledge base.

The successful candidate will help build the long-term agentic foundations of Syn Max’s platform and product ecosystem.

This is a senior, hands-on engineering role combining deep technical development with systems thinking, product mindset, and cross-functional influence.

The purpose of this role is to:

Design and develop Syn Max’s next-generation agentic AI capabilities.

Build scalable, reliable AI agents that interact with data, systems, and users across the product and internal landscape.

Support the responsible and thoughtful integration of agentic AI into how Syn Max operates and delivers value to customers.

Help establish technical foundations, patterns, and evaluation frameworks for agentic systems across the company.

Design and build autonomous, agent-driven systems that interact with data, tools, and users across Syn Max’s products and internal platforms.

Develop intelligent workflows using LLMs, structured data sources, APIs, and internal services.

Translate complex product or operational requirements into robust, scalable agentic architectures.

Build agent systems that can reason, retrieve information, orchestrate tools, and present structured outputs to users.

A core focus of the role is developing agentic capabilities that improve Syn Max’s customer-facing products.

Building agentic interfaces for interacting with complex geospatial and market intelligence.

Enabling users to query, explore, and understand Syn Max data through natural language and agent-driven workflows.

Supporting product teams in embedding agentic capabilities into the platform and user experience.

Contributing to internal agentic platforms (e.g. knowledge agents, workflow assistants, internal support agents).

Integrating agentic systems with tools such as Slack, Jira, Git Hub, Notion, Hub Spot, and internal databases.

Supporting internal productivity and knowledge access without creating dependence or risk.

Ensuring these systems are reliable, explainable, and aligned with how teams naturally work.

Designing evaluation approaches to track quality, reliability, and improvement over time.

Implementing feedback loops, observation, and performance measurement for agent behaviour.

Developing safeguards, guardrails, and auditing mechanisms to ensure responsible and safe usage.

Ensuring systems enhance human decision-making rather than obscure or replace it.

Support and guide teams using tools such as N8N, Agent Builder, or similar platforms.

Help define standards, integration patterns, and best practices for these workflows.

Bridge the gap between no-code experimentation and production-grade engineering systems.

Enable others across Syn Max to experiment safely and productively with agentic AI.

Product teams designing customer experiences and workflows.

Data and platform engineers integrating AI with core infrastructure.

Commercial and operations teams using internal agentic tools.
