Job DescriptionJob Summary
We are seeking a certified Net Suite Administrator / Configuration Specialist to support the implementation and configuration of Net Suite Financials.
This role involves customizing, maintaining, and optimizing Net Suite ERP to meet business requirements, ensuring system integrity, and driving process improvements through automation and advanced configurations.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, develop, and support the evolution of the Net Suite ERP system.
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced Net Suite customizations using Suite Script, Suite Flow, Suite Talk, and Suite Builder.
- Customize and maintain forms, fields, reports, dashboards, and saved searches.
- Implement and manage workflow rules, approval processes, security settings, validation rules, and custom buttons/links.
- Support data import processes and migration activities.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions, ensuring proper controls and audits.
- Monitor integrations, scheduled scripts, and system logs to maintain system integrity.
- Maintain master business data lists for reporting and integration purposes.
- Identify and implement process improvements through automation and configuration changes.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes as needed.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Net Suite Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Net Suite Financial modules:
General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, Expense Management, Fixed Assets, Advanced Electronic Bank Payments, Tax, Advanced Financials, Consolidations, Intercompany Transactions, Multi‑Currency, Multi‑Book Accounting, and One World. - Proficiency in custom record types, fields, forms, roles, permissions, searches, and reports.
- Experience creating workflows, saved searches, custom fields, forms, roles, and dashboards.
- Solid understanding of Net Suite security models and user/role management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Net Suite Administrator and/or Suite Foundation certification.
- Experience with Suite Script (1.0/2.0), Suite Flow, or Suite Analytics.
- Experience supporting integrations (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, Mule Soft).
