ERP Project Manager at Recru

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead ERP and data integration initiatives. This role is best suited for someone who understands how ERP data moves across systems and can drive projects from planning through delivery.

Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Contract to hire

• Lead project timelines, milestones, and execution across ERP and data work streams
• Coordinate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Independence/Compliance
• Manage status reporting, issue/risk tracking, and delivery alignment
• Support data mapping and source‑to‑target documentation
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and requirements for data engineers
• Contribute to integrating ERP data into our cloud data platform/Lakehouse

• Strong understanding of ERP modules, data structures, and system‑to‑system data flow
• Experience with data mapping and requirements writing
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate clearly
• Proven success managing timelines, risks, and project governance

• Oracle Fusion experience (financials, procurement, or other key modules)
• Experience supporting cloud data integrations or Lakehouse environments
• Background in data engineering or data governance projects
• Familiarity working with audit, compliance, or independence teams
