Tableau Developer - Houston, TX

Houston, TX (Onsite — 5 days per week)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Tableau Developer to join our team in Houston, TX. This role requires a professional with strong expertise in Tableau, dashboard development, and database integration. You will work onsite full-time, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-impact data visualizations and reporting solutions.

• Develop, design, and implement Tableau dashboards and reports to support business needs

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Optimize data visualizations for usability, performance, and impact

• Integrate and work with Oracle databases to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data

• Utilize Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics workflows

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing Tableau solutions

• Minimum 5 years of recent, hands-on experience with Tableau development

• Strong experience designing and building interactive dashboards and reporting solutions

• Solid database skills, with experience in Oracle databases

• Proficiency with Alteryx for data preparation and analytics

• Ability to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver business-focused solutions

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Onsite Requirement: Must be available to work 5 days per week onsite in Houston, TX

• Candidate Type: W2 candidates only (no C2C or third-party)

• Relocation: Local or nearby candidates are strongly preferred
