Cutover Analyst

Base pay range

$80.00/hr - $90.00/hr

Position is starting as a 6 month contract with expectations of extending. Candidates must be comfortable being onsite 4 days a week in Houston.

-Candidates must also have experience with ETRM (preferably Endur)

We are looking for a Cutover Analyst / APM who will serve as the boots on the ground, working directly with clients under the guidance of the Cutover Lead. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and hands‑on experience in cutover planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of standard APM responsibilities and proven experience managing cutover activities in complex projects.

• Act as the primary on-site resource during cutover activities, ensuring smooth execution under the direction of the Cutover Lead.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to prepare, validate, and execute cutover plans.
• Track and report progress of cutover tasks, escalating issues promptly.
• Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies related to cutover.
• Ensure all dependencies and prerequisites for cutover are met.
• Support post‑cutover activities, including validation and issue resolution.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders throughout the process.

• Hands‑on experience in cutover planning and execution for large‑scale implementations.
• Strong understanding of standard APM responsibilities, including scheduling, coordination, and reporting.
• Ability to work in high‑pressure environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ERP or large system implementations is a plus.
