IT Support Engineer

Objective and Purpose

As the IT Support Engineer, you will help build, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. You will join a talented team of engineers committed to delivering mission‑critical infrastructure with the highest levels of availability, performance, and security.

• Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of system and infrastructure availability.
• Monitor application performance for bottlenecks, identify solutions, and work with developers to implement fixes.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and reduce human intervention time.
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
• Provide 2nd‑ and 3rd‑level support.
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting UNIX/Linux environments.
• Experience with monitoring systems.
