We’re Hiring: IT Projects Business Analyst. Looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology, especially within Trading & Supply environments.

This role focuses on delivering measurable business value by translating complex trading requirements into effective IT solutions, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.

• Bridge business strategy with technical solutions across Trading & Supply portfolios
• Lead stakeholder engagement, workshops, and large design sessions
• Capture and translate business problems, value drivers, and requirements into system functionality
• Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through testing and delivery
• Assess risks, feasibility, and business impact
• Guide and coach junior Business Analysts
• Contribute to best practices, process improvements, and BA strategy
• Work in Agile environments and help stakeholders adopt Agile ways of working

• Strong Trading & Supply domain experience (required)
• Hands‐on Endur experience (required)
• Expertise in Cmotion, Deal Capture (Front Office), Settlements & Accounting (Back Office), and Tax
• Solid business process improvement, benefits, and risk management knowledge
• Agile hands‑on experience (Scrum / Agile tools & practices)
• 7–10 years of IT experience with leadership exposure
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

• CBAP or PMI‑PBA certification
• Agile certifications or formal training

• Must be authorized to work in the US
• 10+ years of corporate IT experience preferred
• Ability to quickly learn emerging technologies
