Dow has an exciting opportunity for an Information Technology Analyst located in Midland, MI or Houston, TX
. Please note that we are hiring for various technologies within Information Systems.

This role will require conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures as well as general business knowledge developed through education or prior experience related to the discipline and functional area. You will need to exchange straightforward information with others and ask questions to check for understanding. You will use established procedures and practices to analyze and resolve standard problems and contribute without direct supervisory responsibilities.

• Designs, defines, and documents solutions to meet functional, technical, security, and performance requirements while ensuring conformance to standards and Enterprise Architecture direction.
• Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to troubleshoot and optimize integration processes.
• Document integration processes and maintain technical specifications.
• Understand the broader technical vision of the Information Technology Services organization and align solutions accordingly.
• Lead and/or implement continuous improvement efforts.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Ensure established SLA and KPI metrics are met.
• Assist with project shaping arrangements and workload planning.

• Familiar with SAP systems, ETL concepts, and common database and application integrations.
• Basic understanding of web protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, REST, SOAP, ODATA).
• Knowledge of authentication methods and certificates (SSO, OAuth, SAML, Basic, Keypairs).
• Be comfortable learning and managing new technologies; aptitude to learn quickly; strong collaboration and communication skills.
• SAP Process Orchestration (i.e. SAP PI/PO), SAP Data Services (i.e. BODS), SAP Business Technology Platform and Cloud Foundry, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP API Management.
• Azure Event Driven Architecture, Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, Globalscape SFTP.

• Strong knowledge and expertise with Windows system administration.
• Active Directory knowledge and experience is a plus.
• Linux administration experience is a plus.
• Strong working experience in a cloud environment (Azure).
• Entra  and experience is a plus.
• On premise and cloud deployment/upgrade experience.
• Good expertise within Dev Sec Ops  practices; hands-on experience with Dev Sec Ops  toolset is a plus.
• Azure Dev Ops / Git Hub; AKS / Containers;
  Visual Studio and Git; CI/CD pipeline experience is a plus.
• Automation and scripting skills like Power Shell, Azure CLI, and IaC templates; software lifecycle management experience.
• Good communication, troubleshooting, documentation, and time-management skills.

• Integration Services: design, configure, and support data and application integrations across systems (e.g., SAP, Azure, APIs); understanding ETL processes, protocols, authentication, and integration platforms.
• Proactive Problem Solving: identify issues, analyze root causes, and apply procedures to resolve standard problems.
• Business Processes: knowledge of how business functions operate and how technology enables them.
• Technical Support / Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve issues in cloud, SAP, Windows/Linux, or Dev Sec Ops  environments.
• Detail-Oriented Documentation: create accurate technical documentation including integration specifications, designs, and configurations.

• Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship or green card assistance available for this position.
