Technical Advisor, Strategic Accounts

Join ROGII, a leading software provider that revolutionizes the Oil & Gas industry through advanced well‑operations optimization and streamlined workflows for over 350 global clients.

As a Technical Advisor, you will be the trusted technical champion for key global accounts, driving client success, expanding ROGII’s footprint, and accelerating the digital transformation of the sector.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic IOC accounts.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals and support account strategy, renewals, and multi‑year expansion plans.
  • Provide expertise in subsurface data, workflows, and integration to build trusted relationships with Subsurface, IT, Data, and Procurement teams.
  • Identify opportunities to expand ROGII’s footprint and value within existing accounts, contributing to proposal development and technical validation.
  • Align customer workflows with product capabilities and roadmap, representing ROGII in client meetings and industry events.
  • Travel up to 10% domestic.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ years of customer‑facing SaaS and software sales experience in oil & gas, with a deep technical understanding of subsurface data and workflows.
  • Previous experience as a technical advisor is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical experience working with geoscience, drilling, and reservoir data.
  • Energetic, self‑starter, and highly motivated with constructive, creative ideas.
  • Previous experience or exposure with ROGII software products is a plus.
