Senior Systems Administrator
We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator for a hybrid role in Houston, TX to support and evolve enterprise Microsoft-based platforms and business solutions. This role will be responsible for administering, optimizing, and supporting SQL Server environments, SharePoint Online, and the Microsoft Power Platform, while partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and well-documented solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and optimize SQL Server environments, including advanced T‑SQL and performance tuning
- Support enterprise Azure data platforms, including Data Lake, Synapse, and Data Factory
- Administer and support SharePoint Online, including configuration, governance, and solution support
- Develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Collaborate with business partners to support automated workflows and integrated solutions
- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation and operational standards
- 8–15 years of experience in enterprise IT environments
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline (preferred)
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, SQL Server, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies and IT service management practices
