We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with Energy/Power domain experience who can effectively bridge business and technology. This role demands strong leadership presence, exceptional communication skills, and technical proficiency to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

• Business & Leadership Liaison:
  Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership, ensuring clear alignment on objectives and priorities.
• Project Ownership:
  Take full accountability for project execution, driving initiatives from inception to completion with a results-oriented mindset.
• Visibility & Influence:
  Maintain a strong presence across teams, communicate progress effectively, and elevate issues proactively.
• Leadership Communication:
  Present updates, risks, and recommendations confidently to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Risk & Issue Management:
  Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Azure Cloud Services, Dev Ops practices, and .NET technologies.
• Project Management: Proven experience managing complex technical projects in enterprise environments, familiarity with Agile and Dev Ops methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, vocal, visible, assertive in driving decisions, strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, experience working with cross‑functional teams in large‑scale organizations.
• Ownership & Accountability: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver results under tight deadlines.

• PMP or Agile certification.
• Energy & Utilities experience.
