The ITO Architect is a client‑facing technical leader responsible for designing, delivering, and governing scalable, secure, and compliant IT architectures for EAG’s IT Outsourcing clients. This role blends hands‑on architecture, strategic advisory, and operational execution to ensure technology solutions align with business outcomes, regulatory requirements, and EAG delivery standards. The Architect serves as a trusted advisor to clients, mentors internal teams, and contributes to EAG’s growth and profitability.
