Business Intelligence Analyst​/Consultant; Epic Certified

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst/Consultant with expertise in Epic systems to join our team. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing data solutions that support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of Epic modules, and experience translating business needs into actionable insights.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data extracts using Epic tools (e.g., Clarity, Caboodle) and other BI platforms.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Epic data structures and workflows.
• Support optimization initiatives and participate in Epic upgrade or enhancement projects.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices for BI development.

• Extensive Epic experience in one or more modules (e.g., Clarity Data Model, Caboodle, or relevant clinical/financial modules).
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Epic experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Epic Certification in one or more modules (e.g., Clarity Data Model, Caboodle, or relevant clinical/financial modules).
• Experience with healthcare analytics and regulatory reporting.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for advanced analytics.
