- Documentbusinessrequirements,functional specifications,user stories,andprocessmaps.
- Recommendbestpractices,process improvements,andsolutionapproaches.
- Create wireframes,mockups,andconceptualdesignstocommunicatesolutionideas.
- Deliverproductdemosandprototypewalkthroughstovalidaterequirements.
- Definedataandintegrationneeds,system flows,andinformationarchitecture.
- Managesmalltomid-size projects,including scope,risks,and timelines.
- Collaboratewithtechnicalteamstoensureaccuratesolutiondelivery.
- Supportchangemanagement,training plans,anduseradoptionactivities.
- 15+yearsof
Business
Analysis experience,including hands-onProject
Management responsibilities. - Experienceworkinginconsultingfirms.
- Strongfacilitationskills-abletoleadsessionsindependentlyandengagestakeholders.
- Familiarity with
ERPprocessese.g.finance,supply chain,manufacturing,field services,and/or operations. - Proficiencyincreatingwireframesandmockups(Figma,Balsamiq,Miro,etc.).
- Abilitytodeliverhigh-qualitydemosthatclearlyarticulatethesolutionvision.
- Solidunderstandingofenterprisesystems,dataflows,andintegrations.
Experience in Energy,Manufacturing,or Industrial
Services.
