* Primary Responsibilities:

**** Product & Catalog Management
*** Maintain and update the company’s master product catalog, including item descriptions, part numbers, specifications, pricing, units of measure, and product categories.
* Ensure catalog data accuracy for pipeline supplies, fittings, valves, tools, equipment, and service-related materials.
* Process new product setup requests and deactivate outdated or discontinued items.
* Perform routine audits of catalog data to identify discrepancies, duplicates, and inconsistent information.
** Vendor & Supplier Coordination
*** Collaborate with vendors to obtain updated product details, pricing sheets, safety data sheets (SDS), and technical documentation.
* Track vendor price changes, product availability updates, and new product releases.
* Work closely with Purchasing to ensure accurate vendor assignments and cost updates.
** Systems & Data Administration
*** Enter and maintain catalog data within ERP, inventory management, or procurement systems.
* Support system enhancements related to product data management.
* Monitor data integrations between catalog, inventory, and e-commerce platforms (if applicable).
** Cross-Functional Support
*** Assist Sales with catalog-related inquiries, product cross-references, and updated product details.
* Provide Operations and Warehouse staff with accurate product information to support receiving, stocking, and fulfillment.
* Partner with the Pricing or Finance teams to implement price changes, discounts, or contract pricing.
** Quality & Compliance
*** Ensure product descriptions and specifications comply with industry standards for pipeline supply and service materials.
* Maintain documentation such as SDS, certifications, and technical sheets for regulatory and safety compliance.
* Follow internal controls to maintain catalog integrity and prevent pricing/data errors.###
