We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can effectively bridge business and technology. This role demands strong leadership presence, exceptional communication skills, and technical proficiency to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

• Business & Leadership Liaison:
  Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership, ensuring clear alignment on objectives and priorities.
• Project Ownership:
  Take full accountability for project execution, driving initiatives from inception to completion with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Visibility & Influence:
  Maintain a strong presence across teams, communicate progress effectively, and elevate issues proactively.
• Leadership Communication:
  Present updates, risks, and recommendations confidently to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Risk & Issue Management:
  Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Azure Cloud Services, Dev Ops practices, and .NET technologies. Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them for business and leadership audiences.

Project Management: Proven experience managing complex technical projects in enterprise environments. Familiarity with Agile and Dev Ops methodologies.

Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to be vocal, visible, and assertive in driving decisions. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Experience working with cross‑functional teams in large‑scale organizations.

Ownership & Accountability: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver results under tight deadlines.

• PMP or Agile certification
• Energy & Utilities experience
