- Lead the QA team onsite for BIOS/UEFI & ARM Testing
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Implement and improve testing processes and procedures
- Proven experience in leading QA teams for BIOS/UEFI & ARM Testing
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies for firmware, BIOS/UEFI, and ARM‑based platforms.
- Lead QA efforts across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with product and engineering goals.
- Collaborate with firmware, hardware, and software teams to ensure thorough validation.
- Drive security testing initiatives including vulnerability assessments, secure boot validation, and firmware integrity checks.
- Should have knowledge of x86 and ARM architectures to design and execute low‑level system tests.
- Oversee test planning, automation, execution, defect tracking, and reporting using industry‑standard tools.
- Conduct data mining and analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for quality improvement.
- Evaluate testing outcomes and ROI to drive strategic decisions and process enhancements.
- Build and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products on time.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in QA, including Firmware/BIOS/UEFI testing, ARM/x86 systems, and Engineering Management.
- Proven experience in creating and executing testing strategies for BIOS/UEFI testing.
- Strong hands‑on experience with security testing in firmware environments.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate ROI, drive improvements, and lead change initiatives.
- Proficiency in using tools for test automation, debugging, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for embedded systems.
- Experience with UEFI Shell, Secure Boot, TPM, and firmware update mechanisms.
- Knowledge of ARM Trusted Firmware, or similar platforms.
- Experience with virtualization and emulation tools.
Pay Range: $100,000 annually

This role is considered an on‑site position located in Houston, TX. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
