Base pay range$12.00/hr – $12.00/hr
Department:
User Support Services Salary: $12.00 per hour
- Answers the IT Service Desk phone
- Provides data entry for User Support Services using an online help desk ticketing system
- Greets UHD students, faculty, staff, and guests in assigned areas
- Provides first-tier technical support to UHD students, faculty, and staff
- Performs opening and/or closing procedures as defined for assigned areas
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Internet Browsers, and the latest two versions of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of and experience working with a variety of wireless devices
- Basic software and hardware troubleshooting experience, end‑user support
- Must be a current UHD student
- Must have prior customer service experience
