Complete Logistical Services is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and skilled IT Technologist to join our team. The candidate will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our technological infrastructure, crucial for our operational success.

As an IT Technologist at Complete Logistical Services, you will be joining a team that is at the forefront of advancing our company's technological framework. The role demands high technical proficiency and the ability to manage complex IT systems with precision. This opportunity is perfect for those who have a strong background in systems engineering, enjoy hands-on technical work, and can manage numerous projects with high autonomy and minimal supervision.

Duties

and Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage Azure Portal / M365 including Azure, Entra, Exchange, Intune, and One Drive.
  • Develop and implement automation and scripting tasks using Power Shell and other tools such as Orchestrator or Ansible.
  • Manage Identity Management and Domain Administration including AD, Entra, DNS, DHCP.
  • Oversee Windows Server operating systems on a global scale ensuring efficiency and stability.
  • Analyze system log files and execute necessary actions based on detailed assessments.
  • Handle Tier 3 level escalations and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when necessary.
  • Support communications, business systems, and desktop support teams by assisting in troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Create detailed support documentation and train other department members on various IT processes and systems.
  • Assist in managing and executing IT-driven projects independently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least fifteen (15) years of overall IT experience.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience with Windows Active Directory.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience with scripting and automation tools such as Power Shell, Ansible, and Orchestrator.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in troubleshooting, trend analysis, and reporting using system events, logs, and other tools.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with vSphere or Azure hypervisors in a large, multi-site environment.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in data gathering and structural understanding of XML, JSON, YAML, WQL, etc.
  • Experience in Messaging administration and Archiving including Exchange Online and On-prem SMTP services would be preferred.
  • Familiarity with Patch Management and Systems Monitoring tools such as SCCM, Ivanti, SCOM, Solar Winds, and Azure Arc.
  • Experience with merger and/or acquisition activities is highly desired.
  • Technical certifications in relevant fields are preferred.
  • Travel may be required, albeit rarely.
