Wellview Support Analyst; Houston, TX

• Support and maintain the Well View application, including troubleshooting, testing, enhancements, bug fixes, and application renewals.
• Perform administrative functions in Well View such as UDL & Picklist Management, Data Loaders and Queries, Profile and Access Management, and Report development and troubleshooting (single, multi, batch).
• Audit rule management using tools like Spotlight, WLR, or Peloton Allez Auditor.
• Conduct technical troubleshooting for both application-level and server/database-level issues.
• Execute data management tasks using SQL/T-SQL, including data analysis and mass updates, data recovery, and data handover for divestments and acquisitions.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure for Dev Ops-related tasks: manage infrastructure (servers, databases, Azure resources), monitor system performance and health, maintain deployment pipelines across environments, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues (e.g., VMs, services, logs).

• Foundational knowledge of the Well View application and its data model/database.
• Experience with administrative functions in Well View.
• Proficiency in SQL/T-SQL for data analysis and management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, particularly in a Dev Ops context.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with business and vendor stakeholders.
