• Work on complex, high-volume solutions leveraging technologies such as Angular, React, NextJS, Spring Boot, Python, .NET, and platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• At certain projects, design and build advanced solutions involving agentic AI workflows, ML-powered decision engines, and custom chatbots
• Tackle data challenges to drive business value, whether through traditional analytics or by preparing data for advanced AI/ML models
• Implement APIs on AWS, automate infrastructure as code using Terraform, and collect and analyze data for cloud readiness and security assessments
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring solutions are meaningful and impactful
• Lead your team in client demos and other presentations to develop and showcase your leadership skills
• Mentor junior team members and support practice and company development through R&D, peer training, and reusable solution accelerator development

• AI‑Assisted Engineering:
  You’ll have access to AI‑powered tools such as Git Hub Copilot and Cursor to boost your productivity and code quality
• Accelerated Design & Strategy:
  Use our proprietary multi‑LLM platform, OmniAI, to accelerate solution design, architecture, and estimation in a secure environment
• Opportunity for Advanced AI Projects:
  Work on projects building sophisticated agentic AI workflows with CrewAI, deploying ML‑powered decision engines, or developing production‑grade chatbots
• Continuous Learning:

• Experienced and driven software engineer with 3‑5 years of experience in consulting or a technical industry
• Interest in the practical application of AI in software development; hands‑on experience with AI/ML or LLMs is a plus, but not required
• Enjoy collaborating with a smart and effective team that continually seeks to provide value beyond what is asked
• Often become a subject‑matter expert on a topic and are sought out by others on your team for your technical expertise and opinion
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and standards, with curiosity for emerging AI tools
• Comfortable presenting technical concepts to a client audience, both business and technical
• Degree in Computer Science/MIS or similar work experience matching the above

The salary range is just one component of the total compensation package.
