We’re looking for a high‑performing IT Systems Administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with deep technical expertise across modern IT stacks, automation scripting, and cloud platforms. You’ll manage and optimize our systems infrastructure, empower a distributed workforce, and uphold security best practices aligned with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards.

• Administer and support Google Workspace for enterprise users (mail routing, device management, app integrations, and security).
• Manage Microsoft 365
  , Azure AD / Entra , and Intune for endpoint and identity management.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain macOS devices via JAMF and Windows devices via Intune
  .
• Manage Ubiquiti Uni Fi network infrastructure including switches, APs, and security gateways.
• Maintain and secure Google Cloud Console resources; assist with provisioning, IAM, and monitoring.
• Develop and automate workflows using Power Shell and Bash scripting to streamline routine tasks.
• Manage API integrations between SaaS platforms and internal systems.
• Support access control systems
  , ensuring proper onboarding/offboarding and compliance.
• Provide technical support to a hybrid and remote workforce
  , ensuring reliable connectivity and productivity.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Security, HR, and Engineering to maintain compliance and smooth operations.

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in IT systems administration or a similar role.
• Strong command of Power Shell and Bash scripting (automation, reporting, and device management).
• Expertise with Google Workspace administration and Google Cloud Console

• Experience managing Ubiquiti networks and access control systems.
• Proficiency in JAMF
  , Intune
  , Microsoft 365
  , Azure AD
  , and Entra .
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 frameworks and evidence collection practices.
• Excellent communication and people skills – approachable, patient, and solutions‑focused.
• Proven ability to take initiative

• Must be local to Houston, TX – onsite work required with the option to work hybrid on Fridays

• Experience supporting SaaS‑heavy environments or startup‑scale companies.
• Background in identity and access management automation (SCIM, API‑driven provisioning).
• Advanced knowledge of endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools and MDM compliance.
