VP of Technology – Manufacturing

We’re looking for a VP of Technology to build and lead the IT function for a growing industrial organization. This role will define the technology strategy, consolidate multiple legacy systems, and create a modern, scalable IT environment across several acquired manufacturing businesses.

• Build the overall IT strategy across support, operations, systems, infrastructure, and security
• Consolidate and modernize multiple legacy systems into a unified architecture
• Lead decisions on outsourcing versus in‑house capabilities
  , including MSP strategy
• Develop an AI and automation roadmap for operations and back‑office functions
• Build and manage an application development team
• Oversee all infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and OT environments
• Create and scale a real IT department from the ground up

• 10+ years of IT leadership in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Experience integrating and modernizing legacy systems
• Strong background in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and OT
• Ability to build and lead app dev teams
• Experience working with MSPs and driving consolidation
• Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution ability
