- Should be able to manage and guide team working on different technical stacks.

- Ensure quality deliverables and SLA compliance by team
- Solid interpersonal skills to interact with team, customer and other stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to assist team in taking right technical and support decisions
- Should be a people person, ability to manage onsite, distributed, and offshore teams
