Our client, an industry leader in printing solutions, is seeking a US - Field Technical Spt Cons IV - UST to join their team.
Job Title: US - Field Technical Spt Cons IV - UST
Location: Houston, Texas
What’s the Job?- Provide onsite technical support for HP printing press systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of printing equipment in customer environments.
- Deliver reactive and proactive activities aligned with Service Level Agreements to maintain high customer loyalty.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, utilizing test equipment and preventive maintenance techniques.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth service delivery and foster positive customer relationships.
- Minimum Vocational/Diploma/Associate Degree in a technical field or relevant work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical support, field service management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and technical services.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and travel up to 50% for customer support and training.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
