• Directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company’s direction and strategic goals.
• Developing strategies to optimize business development and marketing internally to the company’s employees and externally to the clients.
• Monitoring and supporting the pursuit of viable opportunities by supplying the resources and training necessary to assess, screen, and prioritize opportunities to optimize resource utilization.
• Identifying and communicating best practices throughout the company.
• Optimizing results for customers and the company by establishing goals and objectives for operations and making operational decisions.
• Developing strategy through the implementation and execution phases.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field and at least 15 years of related experience.

• Active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

• Master’s degree in engineering or business (MBA)
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Additional compensation may be in the form of sign‑on bonus, relocation benefits, short‑term incentives, long‑term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
