WHO WE NEED:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience in data analysis to support our data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a passion for uncovering insights from complex datasets. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and support business strategies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
* Proficiency in Power BI Report Builder.
* Experience with cloud data platforms, primarily Microsoft Fabric.
* Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Postgre
SQL, MySQL).
* Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Skills:
* Experience with Python, Java, or Scala for data processing and automation tasks.
* Experience with ETL tools and frameworks.
* Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools.
* Certifications in data analytics or related fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics).
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Requirements gathering. Gather and understand customer requirements to provide analytical support tailored to their reporting needs.
* Reports development. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
* Data Integration. Collaborate with data engineers and other teams to ensure data quality and integration across multiple sources.
* Data Visualization. Create compelling visualizations to present data insights in an easily understandable manner.
* Data Governance. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all analysis and reporting activities.
* Collaboration. Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and departmentleaders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that drive business insights.
* Continuous Improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
