Protect. Lead. Make an Impact. As a Lead Risk Analyst you’ll lead incident response efforts, protect client environments, and mentor a high‑performing security team.

• Lead and coordinate all phases of the incident response lifecycle.
• Conduct digital forensics and root cause analysis for security events.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve incident response playbooks and after‑hours response plans.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Security Team, manage workflows, and mentor staff.
• Ensure proper operation of security monitoring tools and adjust configurations as needed.
• Conduct compliance audits related to backups, vulnerability management, and security awareness training.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners during major incidents and implement Zero Trust security measures.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• Three years of experience in a SOC or incident response role.
• Certifications:
  
  CompTIA Security+ required; GIAC Certified Incident Handler, Certified Incident Responder, or similar preferred.
• Proven experience leading security teams with knowledge of cybersecurity applications, public cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, firewalls, SIEM systems, vulnerability management, and EDR tools.
• All positions require a successful criminal background check; CJIS fingerprint‑based background check and CJIS eligibility mandatory. Felony convictions, deferred adjudication, or open arrest for any criminal offense disqualify.
