Director of Digital Presence & Reputation (Full‑Time)

Location:

Houston (preferred) or US‑Remote.

We are a multi‑location, physician‑led surgical practice with 8 locations and 10 board‑certified colorectal and general surgeons. We are hiring a full‑time Director of Digital Presence & Reputation to own, organize, and scale our entire social media and digital reputation ecosystem.

This role is not SEO, paid advertising, or website development. Those functions are handled elsewhere.

• Audit and organize existing social media platforms for both Dr. Eric Haas and Houston Colon
• Design a clear digital architecture (what lives where, governance, cross‑posting)
• Manage Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, X, and You Tube
• Build analytics dashboards for engagement and growth
• Design and manage an ethical, scalable patient review generation system
• Establish consistent posting cadence and brand voice
• Operate with autonomy and ownership

• Experience:
  
  2–6 years managing real social media platforms with analytics responsibility.
