• Manages highly complex business issues arising from the implementation of new processes or functions.
• Maintains and controls the project budget, schedule and resources.
• Work closely with IT procurement to build project funding and maintain project financial forecast
• Responsible for all facets of our IT projects, including project planning, resource allocation, steering committee leadership and team organizational structure management.
• May manage multiple projects and assist in program / portfolio planning and tracking
• Works with stakeholders to define program roadmaps, budgets and schedules
• Develop communications plans and executes the required organizational change management to support the project
• Work with stakeholders to develop project business cases, and scope new project ideas
• Manages project scope, risk and issue resolution.
• Responsible for quality of project deliverables.

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 10+ years of experience in IT Industry with an emphasis in IT project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Three to five years of leadership responsibility managing midsize to large teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
