Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 8 to 12+ years of experience (Level
6) with deep functional and technical expertise in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will lead and support the migration of SAP Callidus Oracle to HANA GCP ensuring seamless integration across various upstream and downstream systems including Agent Onboarding, Licensing & Commissions (ELC), Compensation Management, and Policy Administration platforms such as ALIP and Navisys.

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP HANA solutions for insurance business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing and future landscape related to:
  • Agent onboarding and lifecycle management
  • Licensing & Commissions (ELC)
  • Compensation and incentive structures
  • Policy details including premiums, refunds, riders, waivers, and annualization
• Integrate and support Policy Admin Systems (ALIP, Navisys) with downstream SAP modules.
• Manage inbound and outbound data feeds including: DTCC, APAY XML, Payryte, K51.
• Develop and maintain reconciliation reports and analytics dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Support SAP GL accounting processes and financial reporting.
• Perform functional and integration testing across systems and data flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to commissionable transactions and policy data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data mapping, transformation, and validation.

• Proven experience in SAP HANA development and data modeling.
• Strong functional knowledge in Insurance domain processes.
• Expertise in ELC (Licensing & Commissions) and Compensation Management
  , preferably Callidus.
• Hands‑on experience with ALIP and Navisys systems.
• Solid understanding of SAP GL Accounting
  , Reporting
  , and Analytics
  .
• Experience with data feeds in XML, flat file, and proprietary formats.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and commissionable events
  .
• Strong testing skills including test case creation, execution, and defect management.
