Job Title
Lead Global Process Design
Responsibilities- Lead global process design for Success Factors Employee Central, workforce enablement, promotions, demotions, terminations, organizational management, and time‑off processes.
- Work with the HCM project team, customers and third‑party systems integrators to plan design workshops, conduct system demonstrations, educate customers on SF functionality, and document requirements.
- Deep experience with Success Factors Employee Central solution.
- Strong background in workforce enablement, promotions/demotions/terminations, organizational management, and time‑off processes.
- Experience with SAP Activate fit‑to‑standard methodology and the ability to describe SAP best practices.
