• Strong experience of Hyland OnBase modules, Hyland OnBase Certifications, OnBase Licensing Structure

(OnBase Configuration, Unity Scripts, Workflows, Workviews, Import Processes, OnBase Security Model, Unity Forms, Unity API, Reports & Dashboards, Integrations with External Applications etc.)

• Strong knowledge on SQL, OnBase DB structure
• Strong .NET background (Customized eForms, API implementation) [C#, Angular JS, ASP.NET/Web API, Angular]
• Knowledge of Business Processes, ERP, Oil & Gas Industry specific operations is a plus.
• Work closely with customer point of contacts for strategic initiatives w.r.t. overall Content Management/Content Services
• Provide thought leadership through planning and architecting large scale Content Management solutions aligned to customer's long term business capabilities
• Collaborate with other Architects to establish an architecture roadmap covering Enterprise Content Management
• Work with Product Owner/Business Relationship Management team to prioritize & decide OnBase deliverables
• Attend PI meetings, align deliverables with PI Iterations, manage & maintain JIRA Enhancement board
• Lead the Analysis, Design, Configuration, Planning activities
• Analysis, Design & document OnBase solutions from both Business & Technical aspects
• Define principles and best practices in the documentation domain
• Work with OnBase Support team for scheduled deliverables, Analysis, Debugging, Code Review, Unit Testing
• Production Support, Handle critical/urgent tasks, resolutions, customer communication, OnBase Platform Monitoring & Performance Improvements
• Co‑ordinate UAT
• Co‑ordinate & conduct daily calls with offshore, customer status calls, reports
• Very good customer interaction/communication skills
• There will be Customer Interview
• Local to Houston, Texas, USA or willing to relocate
