Job description:

Proven experience in Windows Server administration with 8+ years of experience. Strong knowledge of Office 365 suite and related services, including identifying file location links. Hands‑on experience with Teams and SharePoint site management and permissions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with senior leadership. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities and

Qualifications:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Monitor system performance, apply patches, and ensure security compliance.
• Troubleshoot server‑related issues and implement preventive measures.
• Manage Teams and SharePoint sites, including structure, permissions, and governance.
• Ensure proper access control and security for collaboration platforms.
• Support end‑users and resolve issues related to Teams and SharePoint functionality.
• Oversee Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, One Drive, and Teams.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions within the Office 365 environment.
• Implement best practices for data security and compliance.
• Collaborate with directors and executives to understand business needs and provide IT solutions.
• Prepare clear documentation and reports for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Deliver training and guidance to end‑users as needed.
