Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Windows Server administration with 8+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 suite and related services (including identifying file location links)
- Hands‑on experience with Teams and SharePoint site management and permissions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with senior leadership.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Windows Server Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Monitor system performance, apply patches, and ensure security compliance.
- Troubleshoot server‑related issues and implement preventive measures.
- Microsoft Teams & SharePoint Management
- Manage Teams and SharePoint sites, including structure, permissions, and governance.
- Ensure proper access control and security for collaboration platforms.
- Support end‑users and resolve issues related to Teams and SharePoint functionality.
- Office 365 Suite Administration
- Oversee Office 365 applications including Exchange Online, One Drive, and Teams.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions within the Office 365 environment.
- Implement best practices for data security and compliance.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Collaborate with directors and executives to understand business needs and provide IT solutions.
- Prepare clear documentation and reports for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Deliver training and guidance to end‑users as needed.
