We are seeking an innovative and strategic Director of Product Marketing to lead AI product marketing for the Conga Advantage Platform
. This role will be instrumental in defining and executing the go‑to‑market strategy for our AI‑powered capabilities, positioning Conga as a leader in AI‑driven revenue lifecycle management. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to articulate the value of our AI solutions and drive product adoption across our customer base.

Here’s what we’re looking for…

Related experience. You have 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful go‑to‑market strategies for complex technical products. You’ve led cross‑functional launches and feature releases, ensuring tight alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in a fast‑paced environment.

• Developing product marketing strategies, including value proposition development, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning that resonates with target audiences
• Planning and executing integrated product launch campaigns across digital marketing, events, PR, analyst relations, and partner marketing
• Building content that clearly articulates the business value of AI‑powered capabilities (product collateral, white papers, blog posts, and presentations)
