Contract:
October 2026 – July 2027
Pay: $15–$25/hr
Schedule:
100% onsite
Responsibilities
Image and deploy laptops/desktops using PXE and USB Troubleshoot PC hardware, software, and network issues
Configure computers, VoIP phones, and network equipment
Support Windows 11, Active Directory, SCCM, and Microsoft 365
Install software manually and through Software Center Manage IT assets, inventory, shipping, and receiving
Support PC refresh and deployment projects
Qualifications2+ years of IT/Desktop Support experience PC imaging experience using PXE and USB Experience with Windows 11, Active Directory, and SCCMStrong hardware/software troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with Service Now and remote support tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
