About the role
We're growing our IT team and need a hands-on desktop tech to support our users across our three locations. You'll work closely with the rest of the IT team to keep our people, devices, and systems running.

What you'll do

• Handle help desk tickets by phone, email, Teams, and in person
• Support Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, One Drive, and Share Point
• Manage user accounts, groups, and password resets in Active Directory (ADUC) and Microsoft 365
• Onboard and offboard users, including accounts, licenses, mailboxes, and equipment
• Set up, image, and maintain Windows laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
• Support Ring Central phones, softphones, voicemail, and user setup
• Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, network drives)
• Track hardware and software inventory
• Document fixes and write simple how-to guides for staff

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years in desktop support or help desk (or equivalent training)
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 skills
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC)
• Team player who works well with others on the IT team and shares knowledge
• Clear communicator who can explain tech to non-tech users
• Organized and follows through on tickets
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between our locations
• Able to lift 50 lbs

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MD-102)
• Experience with Intune, Exchange Online, or Entra  (Azure AD)
