- Install, configure, maintain, and repair PC hardware and peripherals according to established procedures.
- Troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with end users to identify data migration requirements and perform data transfers when needed.
- Monitor trouble tickets and coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs.
- Set up PCs, peripherals, and related equipment for special requests.
- Provide technical guidance to desktop support teams on hardware-related issues.
- Assist end users with desktop support requests and technical problems.
- Follow facility security policies, company safety standards, and software licensing procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment installations, repairs, and support activities.
- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience, preferably in a desktop support or PC-related role.
- Hands-on experience with desktop support and hardware troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of PC hardware configuration, installation, and repair.
- Basic understanding of networking and connectivity issues.
- Experience with data migration and end-user technical support.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
