Teceze in Houston, TX is seeking a Technical Desktop Engineer to provide frontline IT support to end users. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues while delivering responsive customer service.
You will handle Level 1–2 support, manage user accounts, assist with Windows and Office 365 problems, and document incidents to help prevent recurrence. A good communicator with basic networking knowledge will fit well.
