Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Customer Support Management Level Administrative Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Senior Technologist, you will support information technology operations through front-line technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and hardware within our Internal Firm Services practice. As an Administrative level professional, you will deliver dependable support to internal teams, stay organized across shifting priorities, communicate clearly, and address issues with a practical, collaborative approach.

In this role at PwC, you will help maintain smooth IT services, respond through multiple channels, and support day-to-day technology needs that keep work moving efficiently.

• Providing front-line technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware across multiple service channels
• Troubleshooting incidents and recurring issues using Service Now ticketing workflows and documented resolution steps
• Monitoring support requests, prioritizing incoming work, and escalating complex cases when needed
• Installing and configuring approved software, devices, and user access settings for internal teams
• Diagnosing system, network, and application issues to restore service and reduce downtime
• Applying incident management methods to track root causes, identify patterns, and support long-term fixes
• Documenting resolutions, knowledge articles, and standard procedures to support consistent service delivery
• Supporting IT operations activities such as infrastructure updates, security checks, and technical change execution

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 1 years of experience

• Delivering IT support within practice support environments
• Applying Service Now ticketing tools for incident resolution
• Troubleshooting software, systems, and infrastructure issues
• Communicating clearly across varied audiences and situations
• Adapting quickly to changing priorities and assignments
• Learning new technologies and sharing practical knowledge

Travel Requirements Up to 20%.

The salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $109,120. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $124,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
