In the Operations manager role, you will act as the key liaison between the client, onshore, and offshore teams to ensure smooth delivery of Finance services.
As a senior Operations Manager in an Engagement Manager role, the responsibilities are as below:Responsibilities
- Coordinate between client, onshore, and offshore teams.
- Manage day-to-day client queries and escalations.
- Drive collaboration across Finance operations teams.
- Track issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Support SAP S/4
HANA and Finance process discussions. - Provide status updates and stakeholder communication.
Skills:
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global onshore-offshore delivery teams.
- Good understanding of Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C & FPnA).
- SAP S/4
HANA knowledge preferred. - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- 10-15 years of Finance & Accounting experience with exposure to client-facing and global delivery environments.
- Experience in the Chemicals and Energy industry.
- Experience working with global stakeholders in a large multinational organization.
