ERP​/CRM Administrator

Description We are looking for an ERP/CRM Administrator to oversee and enhance critical business platforms for a growing organization in Houston, Texas. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can strengthen system performance, connect business applications, and turn operational needs into scalable technical solutions. The role centers on improving the value of Net Suite and the Microsoft 365 environment through thoughtful administration, automation, reporting, and cross-functional support.

Responsibilities:

- Administer and refine the company's ERP and CRM environments, with particular emphasis on improving the effectiveness and reliability of Net Suite.

- Design and maintain integrations between core business systems using APIs and related tools to support efficient data flow across departments.

- Translate operational needs into technical solutions by gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and recommending system enhancements.

- Build automations and low-code solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Platform and Azure-based services, to reduce manual work and improve productivity.

- Develop dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI that provide stakeholders with clear visibility into business performance and system usage.

- Manage system configuration, user access, and environment standards to support security, consistency, and long-term platform stability.

- Partner with internal teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement application changes that support business goals.

- Support platform development activities such as client-side scripting and CRM-related customization, including work connected to Salesforce where needed.

- Contribute to application-related change initiatives, including business system updates or transition efforts, while helping minimize disruption to users. Requirements - 3+ years of experience administering ERP, CRM, or closely related business systems in a business environment.

- Hands-on experience with Net Suite administration or optimization within a business operations setting.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies such as Entra , Power Platform, Azure, and Power BI.

- Experience with API development, application integrations, and configuration management best practices.

- Ability to create clear business requirement documentation and convert business needs into technical outcomes.

- Familiarity with client-side scripting and system customization for enterprise applications.

- Exposure to Salesforce development or administration is preferred.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
