Strong experience leading end-to-end S/4

HANA Source-to-Pay processes including Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics Invoice Verification, Supplier Management, Data Migration, Testing, Deployment, and Hypercare.

Deep understanding of integration between SAP STP and Finance (FI/AP), Controlling, Manufacturing, Quality Management (QM), Sales & Distribution, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and external procurement systems.

Proven ability to lead fit-to-standard workshops, manage solution design decisions, coordinate functional and technical teams, resolve cross-functional issues, and effectively communicate with business and program leadership.

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4

HANA Source-to-Pay (STP) Lead to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification processes as part of a global SAP S/4

HANA Greenfield implementation program.

The STP Lead will be responsible for solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization while ensuring alignment with SAP Best Practices and business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, integration teams, finance, manufacturing, warehousing, and IT leadership.

• Lead fit-to-standard workshops and drive adoption of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Best Practices.
• Own end-to-end Source-to-Pay solution design and configuration.
• Design and implement procurement, inventory management, and logistics invoice verification processes.
• Lead business process harmonization and global template development.
• Manage cross-functional integration with RTR, OTC, Manufacturing & QM, EWM, and external systems.
• Define and review functional requirements for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, and integrations.
• Support Fiori-enabled business processes and user experience requirements.
• Manage STP data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover execution.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover rehearsals, and production smoke testing.
• Prepare solution design documents, functional specifications, configuration documentation, process flows, and training materials.
• Support deployment, hypercare, issue resolution, and transition to support organizations.
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate onshore/offshore delivery teams.

• 10+ years of SAP Procurement/Materials Management experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation experience.
• At least two full-cycle SAP implementations, including one S/4
  
  HANA implementation.
• Proven experience leading an STP workstream through design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
