IT Technical Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on IT Technical Specialist to provide Tier 1 support and serve as the primary on-site IT resource for multi-site operations. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and taking ownership of technical issues while collaborating with an IT team.

• Support Windows PCs, Macs, using Microsoft 365, maintaining printers, and mobile devices.
• Manage help desk requests through a ticketing system.
• Configure and deploy new computers and equipment.
• Handle user onboarding, access changes, and offboarding.
• Troubleshoot basic network, switch, and Wi-Fi issues.
• Support ERP and legacy business applications.
• Maintain IT documentation and escalates complex issues as needed.

• Associates Information Systems/Computer Science degree required.
• Windows desktop and remote-user support experience.
• Microsoft 365 and Entra  experience.
• Basic networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer-service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• ERP, Intune, Power Shell, Network+, ITIL, or manufacturing environment experience is a plus.

On-site in Houston with up to 15% travel in domestic US.
